No Refund Policy

All payments made to Digihubzone are strictly non-refundable. We do not provide full or partial refunds or accommodate chargebacks under any circumstances, including (but not limited to):

  • Changes in personal or business preferences
  • Misunderstandings not directly tied to the signed service agreement
  • Perceived dissatisfaction not outlined in contractual deliverables

Clients are advised to review proposals, timelines, and deliverables thoroughly before making any payments. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refunds Policy.


Payment Disclaimer

  • All payments must be made directly to “Digihubzone.”
  • We do not authorize any third party or individual to collect payments on our behalf.
  • Our authorized banking partner is Axis Bank Pvt. Ltd.
  • We will send payment forms from our official email address: support@digihubzone.com.
  • Payments made via unofficial channels or to unauthorized parties are entirely at the payer’s risk. Digihubzone is not liable for any resulting losses or damages.

Jurisdiction

All disputes, claims, or legal matters arising from Digihubzone services shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
